TV BlinkX may publish or reference adult-oriented fictional comics, illustrations, animation, AI-generated fictional imagery, editorial reviews, platform reviews, affiliate materials, licensed promotional content, creator profiles, and links to third-party adult platforms.
At this stage, TV BlinkX does not produce original live-action sexually explicit content involving real human performers.
If TV BlinkX later produces or commissions any content involving real human performers that is subject to 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A, TV BlinkX will update this statement and maintain the required records before publishing such material.
Third-Party Content Providers
Before accepting, publishing, promoting, embedding, linking to, or monetizing adult content involving real persons, TV BlinkX may require the relevant third-party provider, creator, studio, platform, licensor, affiliate program, or rights holder to represent and warrant that:

- Every person appearing in the content freely and knowingly consented to appear in the content at the time of production.

- The provider owns or controls the rights necessary to publish, license, distribute, promote, or authorize use of the content.
- The provider maintains all records required under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A, and any other applicable laws or regulations.
- The content does not involve minors, apparent minors, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual conduct, sexual violence, abuse, unlawful activity, or prohibited material.
- The content complies with TV BlinkX’ Terms of Use, content policies, age and consent standards, copyright policy, and applicable law.
TV BlinkX may request additional documentation, certifications, warranties, compliance statements, licensing information, or proof of authorization before publishing or continuing to display any content.
TV BlinkX reserves the right to remove, restrict, disable, refuse, or stop monetizing any content if the required age, consent, ownership, licensing, or record-keeping information is incomplete, unavailable, disputed, misleading, insufficient, or not promptly provided upon request.
Fictional, Illustrated, Animated, and AI-Generated Content
Fictional, illustrated, animated, or AI-generated adult content published or promoted on TV BlinkX must depict adult characters only.
TV BlinkX does not permit sexualized content involving minors, apparent minors, childlike characters, school-age characters, or any person or fictional character who appears to be under the age of majority.
TV BlinkX also prohibits content that promotes or depicts exploitation, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual sexual conduct, sexual abuse, sexual violence, or unlawful activity.
Prohibited Content
TV BlinkX does not allow content involving:
- Minors or apparent minors.
- Non-consensual sexual activity.
- Sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, abuse, or blackmail.
- Sexual violence or unlawful violent conduct.
- Stolen, leaked, hacked, or unauthorized intimate material.
- Impersonation or deceptive use of a real person’s identity.
- Content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, abuse, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any protected characteristic.
- Any content that violates applicable law or TV BlinkX’ policies.
Custodian of Records
For third-party content, the original producer, studio, platform, creator, licensor, uploader, or rights holder is responsible for maintaining any records required by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A.
For any TV BlinkX-produced material that may become subject to 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A in the future, TV BlinkX will designate an appropriate Custodian of Records and update this page with the required information before publishing such material.
At this stage, TV BlinkX does not publish a public Custodian of Records address for original live-action adult productions because TV BlinkX does not currently produce such material.
