Whose Line Is It Anyway? (US)
The popular U.S. version of the British improvisational-comedy showcase features a panel of talented performers who wing it - unscripted and unrehearsed. Whose Line is It Anyway is `comedy without a net,' according to co-executive producer Dan Patterson, as the group participates in audience-suggested skits, games, song parodies and other bits. Host Drew Carey is joined by regulars Ryan Stiles, Colin Mochrie and Greg Proops (all of whom also starred in the U.K. version with host Clive Anderson). American regular Wayne Brady's display of singing and comedic talents on Whose Line won him future hosting jobs on television.
