Eight socially challenged men move in together to compete for the title of Master Pick-Up Artist using skills learned from best-selling author Mystery, a social misfit turned seducer extraordinaire. Along with wingmen Matador and J Dog, Mystery will teach contestants the Mystery Method of turning on the charm to make dream women into realities.

The final two students put their 8 weeks of training to the test as they try to prove they are Master Pick Up Artists when they hit the town and approach women with Mystery and his wingmen. Mystery reveals a surprise twist for the final test. In the end only one contestant proves himself worthy to be crowned a Master Pick Up Artist and wins the $50,0000.

Mystery gives the final three contestants a lesson on picking up hired guns, i.e. waitresses, strippers, baristas, and the guys are tested on their new skill at a local gentleman's club. One unexpected contestant gets his own private lesson in kissing from a stripper. The guys are taught the art of picking up moving targets and are challenged to pick up women on a walk street. Mystery eliminates another student from the competition and our final two competitors are revealed.
