The wedding day arrives and preparations are well underway in the Grewal household. Amongst all the chaos, Kaki and Jeet's baby is still in hospital. He's getting stronger, but the anxious parents are still waiting to hear when they can bring him home. The big Indian wedding Shay always dreamed of is finally here but despite her happiness there are also some tears. After years of separation she still hasn't heard from her mum and has no idea if she will turn up on the day. As the nerves kick in she is left wondering if the wedding will reunite them, or mark the start of a new life with Sunny.

Without him she's been struggling with the pregnancy and she is worried he won't be with her when she needs him. As Jeet races back to be by her side the family must pull together as they face the most traumatic event in their lives.
