A convicted murderer just out of prison, where Blake put him 12 years ago, Lampton persuades her that he's rehabilitated and charms her into an affair. Then a young nurse is found strangled by her own bra--Lampton's MO. While Blake stews in hot water, Hedges couldn't be happier: if Lampton goes down, so does Blake.

It appears more than ever now that LAMPTON is innocent of both murders.
