      Ash and the band go through an intense, two-week rehearsal period to prepare for their very first headlining tour. Ashlee's Dad gives the band a speech about how serious and important this tour is for Ash's career. However, by the time of the final dress rehearsal, there are still a few problems. Not only is Ash struggling with her earpiece, but Mr. Simpson isn't happy with the way the guitar solo sounds. Ash gives the guys the "go ahead" anyhow and they successfully rock the sold-out L.A crowd, proving their status as true pros by even acing an acoustic session!

      Ashlee and Ryan are off to New York to celebrate an "Iced Out" New Year's Eve at MTV's famous Times Square bash. Ash and her friends go shopping and buy funky white boas to wear that night. At the party Ash gets a little jealous because so many girls are flirting with Ryan, but in the end the night is a blast. Next Ash flies to Miami, where she is slated to perform at the Orange Bowl. She gets upset when she learns that she needs to change the lyrics of "La La" and works herself up so much that she even sings the wrong words during her final rehearsal. He suggests that the guys in the band sing back up vocals for Ashlee and the boys seemed alright with doing so, only they get frustrated because the situation is so sudden and rushed. Ryan jokes that he can sing back up for the band if need be.

Both of the ladies admit that they are high maintenance-- but just don't care, and spend more than enough time primping for the shoot. Ashlee isn't too happy with her clothing even after all the primping, especially after she sees the pictures from the first take and realizes that with her flat hair and baggy shirt she looks like the "boy sister" next to blonde and beautiful Jess. Ashlee finally fixes the situation by changing her hair and buttoning up the shirt, and in the end the shoot seems to go just fine.
