Star Trek: Deep Space Nine [DSN]
Different races try to coexist peacefully in the third Star Trek spin-off. Star Trek: Deep Space Nine takes place on a 24th-century space station that serves as a frontier town on the edge of a wormhole that enables travelers to journey vast distances in short periods of time. Deep Space Nine includes several characters from its predecessor, Star Trek: The Next Generation, and had a healthy seven-season run. Starring: Avery Brooks as Cdr. Sisko; Rene Auberjonois as Odo; Siddig El Fadil as Dr. Bashir; Terry Ferrell as Jadzia Dax; Cirroc Lofton as Jake Sisko; Armin Shimerman as Quark; Colm Meaney as Miles O'Brien; Nana Visitor as Maj.       Kira is forced to re-examine her post-occupation prejudices about Cardassians when her running battle of wits with a jailed man claiming to be a notorious death camp leader is actually his remorseful file clerk -- surgically altered in a bizarre attempt to spark culture-wide remorse on Cardassia Prime.
