Rikki-Tikki-Tavi
During a fierce storm a mongoose ( Rikki-Tikki-Tavi ) is blown into a river and saved from drowning by the courage of a young boy and his parents. The story relates Rikki-Tikki-Tavi 's efforts to repay the family for their kindness by protecting them from Nag and Magaina, two dreaded cobras that roam the area.
