Queen of Housewives
Chun Ji Ae (played by Kim Nam Joo) and Yang Bong Soon (played by Lee Hye Young) were rivals in high school; Ji Ae was the popular one while Bong Soon was the awkward one. Years later, a twist of fate has Bong Soon married to a successful businessman while Ji Ae is just married to an average employee. What adds fuel to their rivalry is when Ji Ae's husband gets entangled with his boss' wife. This romantic comedy marked the return of Kim Nam Joo to the small screen after eight years, swept up most of the awards in the 2009 MBC Drama Awards, and dominated the small screen with high ratings every week.
