Dr. Light is a brilliant scientist who builds Rock and Roll, advanced robots with personalities, along with Ice Man, Guts Man, and Cut Man. The evil Dr. Wily attempts to steal and reprogram the robots for evil but Rock escapes and Dr. Light decides to reoutfit him into Mega Man, so he can keep the world safe. Throughout the episodes, Mega Man thwarts Wily's various schemes.
