Jing isn't just a bandit but the KING of Bandits. Who can steal anything and is also a wanted man. He travels with a wise cracking perverted bird named Kir. Both of them are on a journey searching of new things to steal. There is also a random deliveryman named Postino that seems to be following the two bandits around.
