Creepa and Shotta, the winner and runner-up from Season One, return to the Gentlemen's Club to meet the new pledge class. The final three G's gather in the study to meet with the former G's and get drilled on why they deserve to win. After the meetings, Creepa and Shotta decide which G they are pushing through to the final 2. The remaining two will be called down to the carpet and one of them will go home.

The final 4 G's meet with Bentley's mom to learn how to handle conflict, both internal and interpersonal. In addition, they work on making apologies and learning how to forgive (themselves and others) in order to reach resolutions that are crucial to them moving on toward a better life. When the G's mothers, children, girlfriends, and baby-mamas come to the house, the G's will try their best to "bury the hatchet." The evening culminates with a formal dinner where Bentley will sit down with all the G's and their families to talk through their issues.

With the help of Bentley and Chef Nikki Shaw, the G's are taught the ins and outs of hosting a networking party. These skills are put to the test when the guys find out that they will be hosting a networking party. These skills are put to the test when the guys find out that they will be hosting a dinner party for Bentley's friends and associates, including singer Faith Evans. The G's will be responsible for setting up the party, choosing the menu, and keeping the guests entertained. As a twist, each remaining G gets a surprise visit from one of their friends from home. Now, the G's will be judged not only on their own performance, but also on how their friends perform at the party. The team who performs best at the dinner party will win safety at the next Chapter Meeting and will be treated to a VIP night at a club by Mr. Bentley. The losing teams must say goodbye to their friends and clean up.

Bentley gathers the G's at dusk around a campfire and explains that the way a man survives the world is a testament to his character. With that, the guys are sent into the scary, dark wilderness with a map, lantern, blankets, and minimal food. The next morning, the guys are met by a life coach and must participate in a high ropes course challenge designed to test their strength and courage.

For this week's lesson, Mr. Bentley has the entrepreneur Michael Malin come in to talk to the seven remaining gents about their career goals. Because Michael won the reality show Big Brother All Stars and used his prize money to start the successful restaurant and nightclub business, the Dolce Group, Mr. Bentley thinks he's the ideal person to counsel the G's on this topic. First, Michael has all the G's list out three previous jobs they've had and what their ultimate career goal is. When Mito's job history includes such "real" professions as plumber and caregiver, some of the other G's question how much of a G he really is. Meanwhile, Fahim puzzles everyone when he lists "being Fahim" and "gangsta" as previous jobs and "being Fahim" and "gentleman" has his career goals. Mr. Bentley worries that Fahim's not really taking it seriously. When Baron talks about his job history, he admits that his temper has cost him a lot of jobs and a lot of the other G's have had the same experience. While Michael understands their frustrations, he suggests that if they really think about it, their anger probably isn't worth losing a job over.

Fonzworth Bentley gathers the remaining G's for a lesson in chivalry, instructed by etiquette and body language coach Paul Cuneo. But there's a twist: before the lesson, Bentley picks Teddy, All In and Fahim to be team captains. After each captain selects two G's to be on his team who will take part in the lesson with Paul while the captains sit out. It will be up to the team members to relay the lesson to their team captain, who will use the information on the upcoming challenge.

16 G's arrive at the house, excited about their mission and awestruck by the mansion itself. Fonzworth Bentley holds one-on-one meetings with the G's in the study to assess their level of determination to make a change. The G's are summoned to the Chapter Room where they are told by Bentley that only 12 of them will be given blazers and allowed to enter the club. However, because Dirty got too drunk at the cocktail reception and passed out before his one-on-one time, Bentley decides to let him sleep it off and face probable elimination in the morning. The other G's aren't so lucky. Right off the bat, Bentley gives blazers to half of the guys leaving the other eight to the fate of the blackball vote where "respect among your peers" is demonstrated in the number of votes cast against you. Ultimately, Roq and Flex are eliminated for being more focused on the gym than getting to know the other G's and Bentley sends Dre packing because he's already got a clothing line and needs help less than the other guys.

The eliminated G's gather together to chat with Mr. Bentley before the Season 2 finale of From G's To Gents . First, Prote'ge' chats about his reputation as the "scammer" of the household. Then, Riff Raff entertains the crowd with his customized "Riff Raff" dance and outlandish antics. Mr. Bentley gets heated when Fahim accuses him of running a "makeover" show, insisting that he does this show because it gives him the opportunity to really make a difference. Next, Mr. Bentley brings up Macho, A.D. Killa and A-Felon to talk about their "licking" fight, leading to a discussion amongst all the G's about homophobia within their culture. Lastly, Baron is joined by Mr. Bentley's mother to talk about all the improvements he's made in his life since leaving the show -- including starting a shelter for troubled teens, which Mr. Bentley offers to help with.

With only six G's left in the house, everyone knows how important it is to step up their game. When The Daily Gent informs them that the next workshop will take place at the dinner table, T-Jones is certain that he's finally found a challenge he can excel at. When they arrive for the meal, Fonzworth informs the guys that the workshop will focus on teaching them proper appreciation and dining techniques that can be used at any meal. Instructed by TV personality and author Ted Allen, the G's begin with "Table Etiquette 101." Unfortunately, when Ted asks T-Jones to demonstrate what he'd do if he took a bite and realized there was a bone in it, the G removes the already chewed piece of food with his fork and sets it on his plate. Not exactly refined table-manners! Still, the highlight of the evening comes when Ted asks Creepa to critique the wine he's drinking and Creepa deems it a nice "Mar-let."

Thinking ahead, Kesan orders flowers to try and set himself up for another win. E6 takes notice and decides to give Kesan a new nickname: a real boy, in honor of his Pinocchio-esque lying. Kesan knows that E6 is trying to test his patience, but it's annoying all the same!

As they wake up, Cee is still feeling guilty about what he did to Kesan the night before and his overall lifestyle of lying and trickery. Cee pulls Mr. Bentley aside and breaks down as he tells him about his oxycontin addiction and how he doesn't feel like he knows who he is anymore. For the first time not seeing Cee as a con-artist, Mr. Bentley tells him to keep his eyes on the finish line and that he can win this competition.

Things get heated quickly as tension builds in the line for the bathroom when an impatient Kesan insults D-Boy's mom from the other side of the bathroom door. Despite the animosity toward Kesan that is quickly building in D-Boy and the other Gs, D-Boy keeps his cool and refrains from retaliating against him. Just when things are about to get ugly, Frederick comes to present the Gs with "The Daily Gent," a daily publication that explains the activities for the day. This issue announces that, today, the G's will all be putting their sense of style to the test. But first, they are headed to Beverly Hills to learn that there is more to fashion than suspect jewelry and doo-rags.
