In this episode of Firsthand we follow 2007 Arctic Challenge winner Kevin Pearce from one corner of the country to the other. We begin in Kevin's home state of Vermont at the 25th anniversary of the legendary Burton U.S. Open of Snowboarding. Leaving Stratton, we head to Kevin's hometown of Norwich, VT to do some skateboarding, snowmobiling, and even a little glass blowing at his dad's world renowned Simon Pearce Studio. After a little R & R at home, Kevin heads out on Burton's inaugural "Get Off On The Bus Tour" hitting five different resorts throughout California, Utah, and Colorado with 5 of Burton's best snowboarders.

Scotty Lago is young and restless. At the tender age of 19, he's already an accomplished professional snowboarder and seasoned world traveler. Firsthand follows Scotty on his busy winter schedule to Japan. Here Scotty teaches local Japanese kids to snowboard in the halfpipe, communicating only through a translator, and a humorous session ensues. With a beautiful day and a well-built halfpipe, all goes well until Scotty falls and injures his backside. Good times go bad when he repeats the injury and puts his Japan trip at stake. Winding up his trip to Japan, Scotty heads to a new Idaho ski resort, Tamarack, where he competes in the Grand Prix. In Tamarack Scotty finds the usual roster of top rider professionals absent, off competing in another contest. He's confident he will have an easy win. But regardless of his opponents, Scotty will still have to battle his nerves at the top of the halfpipe. This Firsthand is filled with good times and bad, all through the energetic eyes of young Scotty Lago.

Then we go behind the scenes with Bucky as he works out some tricks at Woodward West and stay with him as he heads down to Orlando, FL for his Vert Camp to help the youngsters grow into the next generation of skaters. Finally, we travel to Bucky's home city of Baltimore for the first stop of the 2007 Dew Tour.

Follow professional skateboarder Danny Fuenzalida as he travels to the rugged streets of South America and brings along his Lost Clothing teammates Adam Dyet and Kyle Berard. The trip starts in Danny's childhood home of Santiago, Chile and follows him as he plays tour guide to his teammates. Along the way Danny skates his childhood spots and shows Adam and Kyle a bit of Chilean culture. From there the team heads to Buenos Aires, Argentina where the local Lost Clothing distributors give them a taste of traditional Argentinian barbecue and a sampling of the unique Argentine spots. The trip ends in Danny's current home of Miami, Florida where he battles the heat and rain to show viewers his daily routine when he's not on the road. Facts-Danny grew up all over the world following his father who worked in various mines in Canada, Australia and Chile. Danny moved to San Francisco from Chile to persue his education and his skateboarding career.

Coming off a silver medal at the Winter X Games, Hana tries to keep her podium streak alive as she battles the world's best snowboarders in her first ever Nippon Open appearance. From there it's back home to Salt Lake City, UT to rest for a day before setting off on a road trip to Lake Tahoe for the historic Vans Cup at Northstar. While in Tahoe, Hana partakes in a photo shoot with the Von Zipper crew for next year's eyewear catalogue.
