      Darkwing is getting stressed out, so he goes to the Stress Free Clinic run by Dr. Heebie (Quackerjack) and Dr. Jeebie (Megavolt) and they brainwash him into being really calm. Now he is way too calm, not even Gosalyn deystroying the house can get him mad. When Megavolt and Quackerjack start a fire that soon starts to spread, Launchpad and Gosalyn have to try to get Darkwing away from it, and then Megavolt causes a flood.

And this future is ruled by a reformed hero: the no-nonsense DarkWarrior Duck, who is so strict, he's assigned an 8 o'clock curfew to the entire city, and believes criminals should be given the electric chair before being arrested.

Trying to return his friend Spike, the venus flytrap, to his normal size (having been shrunk by Bushroot's fertilizer), Bushroot steals some powerful fertilizer that will "either cause plants to grow to tremendous size or kill them instantly." Spike is a little hesitant about taking the stuff, so Bushroot tests it on a daisy. The daisy becomes 'a regular Arnold Oleander' and Bushroot's newest friend. Darkwing's only hope is to grab a dose of the formula, but it isn't long before the unstable chemicals go to Darkwing's head and he starts fighting criminals by himself.

In an accident, Bud falls into the vat of contaminated water, and though Darkwing and Launchpad rush to save him, it's too late. Darkwing soon learns that there's a new villain in town, the Liquidator, the master of all liquids, and the Liquidator blames Darkwing for throwing him into the vat. And now he's turned all the water in St. Canard into rubber.

Darkwing thinks Duane is just crazy, but then people at a local diner think Darkwing is the vampire and try to kill him. Meanwhile, the Muddlefoots are on a camping trip with Gosalyn hoping to capture a monster known as Webfoot. (Sort of like Bigfoot.) Instead of finding Webfoot, the vampire potato turns Launchpad, Herb, Binkie, and Tank into zombies.
