A spin-off of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation follows a South Florida forensics team headed by the brooding Horatio Caine (David Caruso). Against a backdrop of simmering ethnic and cultural tensions, Caine's team probes the seamy underside of what some refer to as Cuba North and others call Georgia South. Consider it a tropical blend of people, culture, nightlife and, of course, the occasional killing or two. Just as you do in Vegas, come for the crime, stick around for the clues. However, their quest is jeopardized when the Feds seize the CSI lab with the intent to close it for good, based on the tip from the mole inside. When the mole is finally revealed to the entire lab, the news sends the remaining CSIs reeling.

Now, as the CSIs fear that justice may not be served, new evidence suggests that the husband may have practiced on another victim first.
