Today Cheyenne turns 15 and celebrates with friends she hasn't seen since she began home schooling in her hometown of Dallas, Texas. Having not seen her former classmates for a couple years, she feels out of touch with everyone at the party. That all changes when her best friend, Whitney, arrives. The next day, Cheyenne flies out to New York City to meet with record label executives at Epic Records. At the meeting, Cheyenne begins to feel real nervous, especially when they talk about her upcoming first big live show at The Roxy in Los Angeles.
