They disembarked from Coronado, California, on May 7, 2005 and returned on November 8, 2005 with stops at Pearl Harbor, Hong Kong, Guam, Kuala Lumpur, Bahrain and Perth, Australia. The trip proved an evolution for the film crew who spent the early weeks trying to find their place amidst the 5,000 sailors and Marines. Eventually, the film crew discerned the ebb and flow of life on a carrier, and began to feel more at home on board. Back on land, their own mission of editing and production continued for nearly three more years before the film Carrier docked at PBS on April 27, 2008.

Watch Full Episodes of Carrier Online

img src="http:--adlog.com.com-adlog-i-r=8406&s=865701&o=10908:&h=cn&p=&b=16&l=&site=45&pt=6232&nd=10908&pid=&cid=&pp=100&e=&rqid=00c13-ad-e64A62D96ED1F23F&orh=&ort=&oepartner=&epartner=&ppartner=&pdom=&cpnmodule=&count=&ra=67.212.80.174&dva

Carrier : img src="http:--adlog.com.com-adlog-i-r=8406&s=865701&o=10908:&h=cn&p=&b=16&l=&site=45&pt=6232&nd=10908&pid=&cid=&pp=100&e=&rqid=00c13-ad-e64A62D96ED1F23F&orh=&ort=&oepartner=&epartner=&ppartner=&pdom=&cpnmodule=&count=&ra=67.212.80.174&dvar=dvar_resolut

Full Circle

As the Nimitz returns to her home port of San Diego, sailors and Marines reflect on the deployment and take stock of what they've achieved.
