While tanning on the beach, Teddy and Heide have a little relationship talk. Turns out Teddy doesn't want a serious relationship, he just wants to have fun, while Heide says she's tired of running around. They decide they'll just be friends. Meanwhile, Britt is facing new challenges at a casting, having been instructed to act as if she is madly in love with a fellow model, Tyler. She pulls it off, but gets a little flustered when they call in another model for her to audition with-- Teddy.

Tracie is disheartened to find out that she has lost yet another job. It seems the photo shoot she was cast for has been relocated to New York -- and they won't be flying her out. With no work on the horizon, Tracie starts to feel a little desperate.

Things are heating up on 8th and Ocean and it's not just the Miami sun. Sibling rivalry flares up once again when Kelly gets a call from the agency about an important casting. The agency asks her to pass on the information to Sabrina as well, however Kelly forgets to do so. Kelly arrives at the casting sister-less, and is asked why Sabrina is a no-show. Kelly shrugs. Confused by Sabrina's absence, the agency calls to ask her why she missed this casting and to come in to the office to discuss the situation.

Things are looking up for Sabrina. The agency says her skin is looking a lot better and decides that it's time to start sending her out on castings again. Briana takes Sabrina out shopping to get her ready, suggesting outfits and trying to boost her confidence by telling her she has different strengths from Kelly. Maybe she should aim for more high-fashion modeling?
