Annavaram and his sister live happily in a village. He finds a suitable groom for her and gets her married to a guy from Hyderabad. Goons in the city harass Varam and her husband. When his sister comes to his village for delivery. Annavaram goes to Hyderabad and eradicates the goons. By the time her sister delivers her baby and returns to Hyderabad.
